Senior M&E Manager – Ultra-Prime Residential Fit-Out

Renew & Build Ltd in Hampstead, London, seeks an experienced M&E Manager to oversee the full services fit-out of a prestigious ultra-prime residential project. You will own design queries, coordinate 1st and 2nd fix works, and drive commissioning through handover.

The role requires 5–7+ years delivering RC frame, basement builds, and complex plant systems, with familiarity of BMS platforms and UK regs. Immediate start on a contract basis with strong client-facing and site leadership expectations.
