Senior Bid Writer – Construction (Hybrid) to Bid Manager

EFT Construction is seeking a Senior Bid Writer to join its in-house bid function in Southport. The role focuses on converting technical construction data into persuasive, high-scoring responses for PQQs, SQs, ITTs and framework submissions.

You will work with senior leaders, pre-construction and operations to shape bid strategy and content, with a clear path to Bid Manager as the team grows. Hybrid role with 2–3 days in Southport.
