People Operations Manager (UK) – Scale-Up HR & Engagement

Zeelo Ltd is seeking a People Operations Manager to lead day-to-day HR for the UK team within a small People function. You will be the first point of contact for staff and managers, partnering with SLT to deliver impact quickly.

You will own onboarding, offboarding, HR admin, benefits, and employee relations, ensuring compliance and accurate data in Rippling, with regular London office presence at Farringdon.
