Head Chef: Lead Kitchens, Master Menus & Guest Experience

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a Head Chef to oversee all kitchen operations at the hotel level, ensuring top quality and presentation while maximizing profit and staying within budget. You will train staff on allergen awareness and uphold health and safety standards.

You will manage and motivate a team of kitchen staff, keeping a clean, organized space and representing the hotel in dining services at the 1935 Rooftop Restaurant & Bar and events.
