Roaming Head Chef: Lead & Stabilize Multi-Site Kitchens

Chestnut Group is seeking a seasoned Head Chef to join as Roaming Head Chef, moving between our pubs with rooms and hotels across the East of England.

You’ll enter sites, take charge quickly, stabilise operations and implement strong systems. You’ll train and motivate teams, maintain food safety standards, and hand over to the permanent Head Chef when ready before moving to the next site.
