Lead AI & Data Engineer – Build from Ground Up (Hybrid)

Saragossa is seeking a hands-on AI and data leader in London to own and shape the company’s in-house AI capabilities. You will work directly with the CTO and CFO to write the roadmap for Copilot Studio agents, data lake ingestion, and business automation.

This role offers hybrid working flexibility and the autonomy to design solutions from scratch, not maintain existing systems. You will influence decision-making with non-technical stakeholders and drive real business impact.
