Senior Quantity Surveyor: Design Change Leader in Infra

Smart 4 EPC is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial management of design changes across major Heathrow programmes. You will assess, price, negotiate, and secure agreement on changes arising from design development and programme impacts.

The ideal candidate possesses strong NEC contract experience, stakeholder management skills, and a track record in infrastructure projects within consultancy or client-side environments.
