Senior Quantity Surveyor – Street Lighting Contracts

VolkerHighways, based at Wimbledon depot, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial function across the Kingston & Sutton Street Lighting contract. The role focuses on cost reporting, forecasting, cashflow control and robust subcontractor management for a £20m long-term programme running to 2031.

You will spearhead CVRs, valuations and monthly reports, while developing strong client and supply chain relationships and mentoring junior team members.
