Head Chef – High-Energy Latin Kitchen Leader

Las Iguanas Limited is seeking a hands‑on Head Chef to lead a fast‑moving kitchen, deliver consistently exceptional dishes and drive a positive, energetic culture. You will train and develop the team while balancing creativity with control over costs, labour and stock.

You will work closely with the General Manager to drive restaurant success and maintain the brand’s standards for food quality, safety and cleanliness in a high‑volume environment.
