Overview

In this role you support a boutique firm focused on high-end residential conveyancing. You will handle sales, purchases, remortgages, lease extensions and transfer of equity for selective clients, balancing quality work with a manageable caseload. You work closely with heads of department and senior conveyancers in a collaborative, tech-enabled environment that values judgment and client relationships. The opportunity offers strong earning potential and predictable, flexible working within a growth-oriented practice. You will help sustain the firm’s reputation for detail-driven, personalized service.

• Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, lease extensions and transfer of equity matters
• Manage a balanced, quality-focused caseload with clear communication to clients, agents and lenders
• Collaborate with heads of department and senior conveyancers
• Maintain high standards of client service within a tech-enabled, process-driven environment

Key requirements

• Qualified solicitor or legal executive (NQ+) with residential conveyancing experience
