Senior CRM Automation Architect — Lifecycle & Retention

LemFi is seeking a Senior CRM Manager – Automations to own lifecycle journeys that carry customers from sign-up to their tenth product across remittance, savings and credit. You will build onboarding, retention, reactivation, referral and cross-sell programmes, set up triggers and segments, and partner with Product and Data to ensure accurate event tracking.

This role sits near Product, Data and Growth and reports to the Head of CRM.
