Senior Store Manager: Operational Excellence & People

ASDA is seeking a General Store Manager for Nottinghamshire & Lincolnshire to lead day-to-day operations across key departments, including Online and Customer service. You will work with the Operations Manager and department leads to optimise availability, reduce waste and shrink, and ensure the Superstore runs safely, efficiently and in full compliance.

You will coach and develop teams, set high standards, and drive a culture focused on customer service, heart and pride.
