HR Operations Specialist – Geneva Office Setup

IFRS Foundation seeks an HR Operations Specialist to drive high-quality service across the employee lifecycle and support the Geneva office setup. You will provide first-line support for Geneva-based and global staff and manage non-complex employee relations with HRBPs.

Working on a fixed-term contract, you will optimise payroll alignment, benefits, onboarding, and HRIS (HiBob), while developing SOPs and clearer guidance for managers and employees.
