Place Partnership is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead the delivery of HR operations across our Wakefield and Rotherham hubs. The role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and service improvement to support academies and Shared Service teams.
The successful candidate will implement the Trust’s HR systems, drive data insights, and line manage HR Advisors and the Payroll Advisor, contributing to workforce strategies and employee experience.
