Hybrid Conveyancer & Solicitor – Residential & Commercial

Elysian Legal in Birmingham is seeking a skilled Conveyancer/Conveyancing Solicitor for a full-time hybrid role. You will manage residential and/or commercial property transactions from instruction to completion, drafting contracts, performing title checks, and coordinating exchanges and completions.

You will liaise with clients, lenders and agents, provide clear legal advice, maintain files, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to client care and practice development.
