Family Help Lead Practitioner – Families First (18 months)

St Helens Borough Council is recruiting four Family Help Workers to drive the Families First model across the borough. The role spans homes, community venues and Family Hubs, focusing on early intervention, relationship-building and long-term family resilience.

You will undertake Family Help Assessments, develop Family Help Plans and coordinate multi-agency support, working within Children’s Services to support children up to age 18.
