Favia is building the leading regulated crypto and payments platform in the UK. The Chief Operating Officer will own the operational running of the UK business, including EMI, regulatory readiness, and strategic growth initiatives, with an executive scope but individual contributor role.
You will drive FCA authorisation efforts, partner with Legal and Compliance, and deliver governance that supports rapid, compliant product launches in a scaling fintech environment.
