Engineering Manager – Defence & Nuclear Projects

Assystem is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the technical delivery of key projects within our Defence account. Based in Derby with hybrid working (3 days in office) and regular client/site visits, you will report to the Technical Director and guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

You will ensure compliance with Assystem processes, lead change control, and drive technical excellence while supporting growth and bids.
