Sembcorp is seeking an Assistant Manager, Procurement & Contracts Management to support end-to-end procurement, cost estimation and contract administration for industrial park and infrastructure projects. You will work with Design & Construction, Finance and Legal to ensure projects stay within budgets and governance standards.
The role covers D&B, DBB and consultancy packages, with a focus on value engineering, risk control and commercial negotiations.
