Engineering & Maintenance Lead — 24/7 Plant Reliability

Russell Taylor Group in Chester is seeking an Engineering & Maintenance Lead to direct day-to-day engineering and maintenance at a site investing in new process capabilities and moving toward 24/7 production.

You’ll work with the General Manager and Production to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime and develop a safety-first engineering team, coordinating with contractors and on-call support.
