Senior HR Manager – Change, Compliance & People Ops

The Lighthouse Schools Partnership is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead the day-to-day HR operations across the trust, reporting to the Director of People and supervising HR Assistants.

The role includes handling complex employee relations, TUPE, recruitment, workforce planning, HR systems, and policy implementation, with a base at Gordano School in Portishead and travel to BANES, North Somerset, and Bristol.
