Senior NHS Operations Manager (6-Month FTC)

Venn Group is seeking a Senior Operations Manager (Band 8a NHS) for a 6-month FTC in Hackney. The role is on-site 4/5 days per week, with a pro rata salary of £66,274.

You will provide senior operational leadership during a temporary gap, oversee day-to-day medical services, release capacity for divisional managers, and drive governance, performance recovery and service improvements across the division, including RTT and DM01 targets, escalation procedures, and stakeholder engagement with trusts
