We’re supporting a major government digital programme seeking an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst to join a multidisciplinary technology team delivering complex digital services.
London, Manchester or Bristol
Primarily remote working
This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst with strong government experience, exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work closely with technical and engineering teams in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse and document complex business and technical requirements
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria and prioritised backlogs
- Work closely with Product Managers, Delivery Managers and Engineering teams
- Advocate for user needs and drive continuous service improvement
- Support Agile delivery across discovery, alpha, beta and live phases
- Engage with stakeholders across multiple teams and organisations
- Strong Business Analysis experience within digital, technology or transformation programmes
- Experience gathering technical requirements and working with engineering teams
- User stories, epics, acceptance criteria and backlog management
- Workshop facilitation and stakeholder management
- SC Clearance or eligibility for SC Clearance
