Hybrid People Services Advisor – 9 Month FTC

RS Group in Corby is seeking a People Services Advisor to support employees and managers across the lifecycle. You will provide expert advice on People policies, manage queries, and help deliver a positive employee experience while supporting continuous improvement within the People function.

The role covers advisory work, lifecycle activities (including changes, leave, and visa processes) and collaboration with Payroll and business teams to ensure compliant, efficient service.
