Roaming Head Chef: Lead Multi-Site Kitchens

Chestnut Group is seeking an experienced Roaming Head Chef to move between pubs with rooms and hotels across the East of England, stepping in where needed. You’ll stabilise kitchens, set up basics like ordering, GP control and rotas, and then move on to the next site.
