Head Chef & Kitchen Leader – High-Volume, Commercial

Village Hotel Glasgow is seeking an energetic Head Chef to lead a busy Glasgow kitchen, managing a mix of Pub & Grill service and high-volume meetings and events. You will own the pass, drive quality, and align brigade delivery with the GM’s commercial strategy.

We expect a strong commercial mindset, ability to coach a brigade, manage food costs, and maintain safety standards. This role offers autonomy to run the kitchen with passion and pride.
