Facade Quantity Surveyor – Remediation, Cladding & EWI

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Facade Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial elements of façade, cladding and external envelope projects from our Dartford base. Projects range in value and include remediation, recladding, EWI, refurbishment and new builds across London and the Southern Region.

You will oversee costs, valuations, variations and final accounts, plus subcontractor procurement and cost control, with strong emphasis on protecting margins and client coordination.
