Mechanical Design Engineer – Building Services & BIM Lead

Search is seeking an Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer with a strong Building Services background to support the delivery of projects through RIBA Stages 2-4. You will be involved in mechanical design, HVAC systems, BIM/Revit coordination, technical reporting, and client engagement.

You will lead mechanical building services designs, produce HVAC design outputs, and coordinate BIM with multidisciplinary teams while liaising with clients and stakeholders throughout project delivery.
