Director, Civil Engineering – T&D Substations & HV

Jacobs is seeking a Director – Civil Engineering (Transmission & Distribution) to lead frontend FEED and detailed civil/structural design for HV AIS/GIS substations, HVDC converter stations, OHL interfaces, and underground cable projects in the UK. You will shape technical assurance, delivery excellence, and market growth.

You will manage a 40+ engineer team, drive bid leadership, and influence senior stakeholders, aligning with Jacobs’ energy transition objectives.
