Hybrid Employment Support Officer – Community & Housing

Haringey Council is seeking an Employment Support Officer within Haringey Works in London. You will help tenants and residents move closer to employment through tailored one-to-one support, employability workshops and outreach on housing estates and in community settings.

You will build trusted relationships with residents, address barriers, support job applications and interview preparation, and maintain accurate records to evidence outcomes and service quality.
