Marine Safety & Compliance Manager – Hybrid Role

City Cruises UK, part of Hornblower Group, is seeking a Marine Safety and Compliance Manager. The role ensures passenger vessels, piers and staff operate safely and within the law, maintaining the Safety Management System and acting as the Deputy Designated Person.

You will lead audits, investigations and drills, coordinate with MCA/PLA/MAIB, and act as the DP when needed. A strong safety mindset and relevant certifications are required.
