Product Manager – Financial Service

A leading financial services organisation is looking for a Product Manager to help drive the growth and evolution of a market-leading proposition. Experience in financial services is essential.

This role will focus on identifying new growth opportunities, developing compelling propositions and building strong intermediary and B2B partnerships to increase market reach and customer value.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver proposition and product growth strategies
• Develop opportunities through adviser, intermediary and strategic partner channels
• Build business cases using customer insight, market trends and competitor analysis
• Work closely with Business Development, Marketing, Digital and Technology teams
• Manage third‑party partnerships and support new commercial opportunities
• Track proposition performance and ensure delivery of measurable outcomes

About You

• Experience in Product Management or Proposition Development within financial services (essential)
• Strong commercial mindset with experience driving product growth
• Understanding of intermediary, adviser or partnership‑led distribution models
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Pensions experience is welcomed but not essential
