Part-Time Legal Counsel — Tech IP Licensing & Compliance

Imagination Technologies Limited is seeking a part-time Legal Counsel to support the legal and compliance function in licensing and commercial matters. The role is hybrid (3 days per week) with flexibility to work from Kings Langley HQ or Bristol offices, and occasional visits to Kings Langley.

Reporting to the Director of Legal, you will advise on semiconductor IP licensing, commercial contracts, and related procurement obligations while collaborating with global teams.
