In this role you will lead the new Milton Keynes family law office, partnering with top practitioners to shape its growth. You will manage high net worth matters across finances, divorce, mediation, civil partnerships, prenups and private children work, contributing to the firm’s expansion strategy. You will mentor junior lawyers and drive business development and networking to build the client base. Responsibilities

• Head the Milton Keynes office and drive its growth
• Mentor and manage junior solicitors
• Develop business and network to expand client base
• Handle high net worth family matters including finances, divorce, mediation, civil partnerships, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and private children matters

Key requirements

• Minimum 8 years’ family law experience
• Experience in managing and mentoring juniors
• Strong business development and networking skills
