No7 Beauty Company is seeking a Counter Manager to support customers with skincare and beauty needs onsite in the UK. You will drive sales, inspire your team to hit targets, and coach sales advisors to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Reporting to Store/General Manager, you will run promotions, ensure counter presentation, and participate in the 12-month Skin School development programme while representing the No7 brand.
