Trauma‑Informed Women’s Refuge Service Manager

Safenet is seeking a Service Manager for Jane’s Place in Burnely, a 24-hour refuge for women experiencing domestic abuse who may also address substance use, mental ill health or other health needs as part of recovery. You will lead the service to deliver safe, effective and compassionate support.

You will be a values-led feminist leader with focus on trauma, safeguarding and person-centred recovery, balancing clear expectations with warmth and curiosity.
