LOD group, a leading financial services player, is seeking a Senior Corporate / M&A Lawyer for a 7-month contract in London. The role is corporate-focused with a strong M&A emphasis and banking/financial services matters.

You will lead on a substantial volume of transactions, advise on UK/US regulatory issues, and collaborate with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced business. Start in November; full-time preferred, 4 days per week also considered.
