Senior Legal Counsel, Financial Services Regs (UK & EU)

Russell Investments is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to support UK and EMEA operations, advising on UK financial services regulation (FCA, MiFID II, EMIR, GDPR, UCITS, AIFMD) and coordinating regulatory responses.

You will draft and negotiate investment management and distribution agreements, manage external counsel, and contribute to governance, policy updates and cross-functional projects while monitoring legal risks for the business.
