In this Digital Delivery Manager role, you will oversee delivery across Defence-focused projects and programmes, translating operational needs into practical plans. You’ll work with Defence clients, multidisciplinary teams, and delivery partners to establish clear controls and ensure value delivery. You may lead a project or coordinate a wider programme, shaping digital and data-enabled change in secure environments. Responsibilities

• Lead or coordinate delivery across projects, programmes, workstreams or operational services with clear scope and priorities
• Translate operational and business problems into practical delivery plans, products, services or process improvements
• Create and maintain delivery controls (plans, governance, risks, issues, dependencies, change control)
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and partners, remove blockers, maintain momentum
• Facilitate requirements capture and prioritisation with traceability through delivery
• Support design and delivery of digital, data and reporting solutions with cross-functional teams
• Define outcomes, benefits and success criteria with measurable evidence
• Plan transition, adoption and business change activities for embedding capabilities
• Build relationships with senior Defence stakeholders and communicate delivery challenges and recommendations
• Support operational management by improving ways of working and driving continuous improvement
• Provide collaborative leadership, coaching, and enable team ownership
• Support client mobilisation, proposals, and capability growth
• Note: travel to Defence locations in the UK may be required depending on assignment requirements

Key requirements

• Demonstrable experience delivering change through project, programme, delivery, operational management or business analysis
• Experience coordinating multiple activities and maintaining priorities and outcomes
• Ability to create structure from ambiguity and maintain momentum in complex environments
• Digital and data literacy with ability to work with technical specialists
• Experience eliciting and prioritising requirements into clear delivery objectives
• Experience governance and managing risks, issues, dependencies, decisions and change
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior audiences
• Experience defining outcomes and performance indicators to support decision-making
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and multiple suppliers or delivery partners
