Claims Team Leader: Lead Legal Expenses & Customer Service

ARAG UK is seeking a Claims Team Leader to oversee the daily performance of the Claims Team based in Central Bristol. You will lead a team handling legal expenses claims, driving improvements and delivering excellent customer service.

The role emphasises leadership, workload management and collaboration with other areas of the business to achieve targets and proactive issue resolution. Full training will be provided in a dynamic insurance environment.
