Estimating Quantity Surveyor: Tender Lead for Projects

Henley Chase is seeking an Estimating Quantity Surveyor to prepare cost estimates, cost plans and tender submissions for construction projects. You will assess labour, materials, equipment and subcontractor costs and support tender strategy.

You will work with estimating, business development, design and operations teams, reviewing drawings and specifications, issuing enquiries, analysing quotations and leading tender reviews to secure commercially viable projects.
