Hybrid Quantity Surveyor & Estimator – Commercial Lead

Barker Ross Group is recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join their SME in London. You’ll work across tendering, estimating, procurement, and final accounts on projects from £25k to £4m, with a 50/50 QS and estimating split and workload-driven balance.

You’ll need hands-on commercial experience in main contracting, strong tendering and cost control skills, and a full UK driving licence. Public-sector exposure is advantageous. An exciting growth phase awaits.
