Senior Community Nurse Leader – Integrated Care Team (Part-Time)

Newport Pagnell Medical Centre is seeking a Senior Nurse to lead the Integrated Community Support Team and Community Matron functions. The role is part-time (21 hours per week) with a supportive, practice-employed nursing team and dedicated administration.

The successful applicant will have an NMC PIN, a relevant nursing degree and experience in community nursing, long-term conditions, and service improvement. CPD and leadership skills are essential.
