UK Systems Administration Lead – Security & Operations

Bluestaq Limited in the UK is hiring to establish and lead the UK systems administration capability supporting NATO delivery. The role starts hands-on, recruiting and developing a team, implementing proven operating practices and owning UK service delivery, incident response and structured handovers with the US team.

As the capability grows, the position will shift toward team and service leadership while retaining technical accountability.
