Maintenance Surveyor: East Sussex – Brighton & Tunbridge

Clarion Housing invites applications for a Maintenance Surveyor role covering Brighton, Tunbridge and surrounding areas in East Sussex. This permanent, full-time position is based in East Sussex with a 36-hour week and a salary in the £34,869–£47,945 per annum band.

Reporting to the Neighbourhood Repairs Manager, you will lead pre-inspection and post-inspection activities and prepare reports for responsive repairs, void works and related maintenance tasks across the East Sussex region.
