Hatchery Quality Assurance Lead

SourceCo Recruitment is seeking a QA Coordinator for a busy hatchery in Shobdon, Herefordshire. The role is hands-on, with ~70% on the production floor and 30% in the office, combining practical quality assurance with data analysis and continuous improvement.

You will monitor and improve hatchery performance covering egg quality, breeder flock fertility, incubation, chick quality and hygiene. The position offers a rotating weekly shift pattern and permanent employment.
