Lead Fitness Instructor & Team Coach – On-site Gym

Sodexo Group at Cambridge Biomedical Campus is seeking a Fitness Supervisor to lead a team of four instructors, deliver engaging group classes and provide personalised coaching. The role requires planning fitness programmes, tracking client progress and maintaining a safe gym environment.

You will develop team skills, assist with scheduling, and contribute to fitness initiatives in a vibrant corporate facility with around 1,000 members.
