Data & Insight Manager – Entertainment (Hybrid, London)

Cold Glass Productions is seeking a Data Insight Manager to sit at the heart of its production slate in a hybrid London role. You will own how data flows into the production team, shaping narratives from YouTube, social and podcast analytics to inform editorial and distribution decisions.

You’ll develop robust reporting frameworks, track performance across platforms, and collaborate with partners to resolve data issues while influencing upcoming episodes and formats with data-led insights.
