Field-Based Care Home Occupancy Executive

HC-One – Commissioned Services and Commercial Team is seeking a Care Sales Executive to drive occupancy across a portfolio of care homes. You will establish local relationships with healthcare professionals and referral partners, guiding families through admissions and maintaining CRM records.
