Security & Cleaning Services Manager

Anchor Group Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Dual Services Manager to lead the delivery of Security and Cleaning services at Fareham Shopping Centre. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, drive service excellence and maintain high standards of customer care in a busy, customer-facing environment.

The role requires a frontline SIA licence, strong leadership and a track record in facilities management within high-footfall settings.
